Returns/Warranty/Policies

We make every effort to communicate the leather, dimensions, and design of our products, in our videos, images, and descriptions. Please read the descriptions, see the images, and watch the videos. Please email us if you have questions.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Orders will typically ship within 2-4 business days, usually through USPS. Custom items, Bracelets, Watch Cuffs, and Smartphone Cases can take 2-6weeks (see the description of these items). We ship items using USPS First-Class or Priority with tracking numbers.

The customer is responsible for providing us with the complete and correct “Shipping” address at the time the order is placed.

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged during shipping. If there is a problems. Please check with your Postal Carrier and/or neighbors, immediately.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:  The returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days from delivery, the item (wallet, cord holder, cuff, case etc) has to be in good condition (able to be resold). This assumes we made a mistake in our video/description/images or the design wasn’t what you thought. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking. Payment will be refunded back to buyer in 7-14 days, after item is received back to us. For custom orders (custom designed wallets, holster or watch cuffs), there is no returns, just the warranty/repair or exchanges. Buy is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Lifetime Warranty/Repair: We will repair or replace any product we have made, if the leather, hardware or stitching fails from normal use, for the life of the product.
